HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR TYRES & PREVENT TYRE PUNCTURES

  • Check for damage: Regularly inspect your tires for damage, such as cracks, bulges, knots, penetrations, or air loss.
  • Maintain pressureThe correct tire pressure is important for preventing punctures and extending the life of your tires. Low pressure can increase the risk of a flat tire, while overinflated tires can be less stable and more likely to puncture
  • Get your wheels aligned: Regularly getting your wheels aligned can help ensure your treads wear evenly and last longer.
  • Rotate your tires: Rotating your tires can help prevent punctures.
  • Carry a repair kit: Keep a puncture repair kit in your car with spare CO2 canisters or a pump and enough glue.
  • Use tire sealants cautiously: Tire sealants are not recommended for regular or non-tubeless tires. For tubeless tires, sealant can help prevent air from escaping and keep tires inflated.
  • Choose high-quality tires: Choosing high-quality tires can help prevent punctures.
  • Drive properly: Using proper driving techniques can help prevent punctures.
